Creekshaw is a master planned residential community located in the growing city of Royse City, a northeastern suburb of Dallas, Texas.  Located about the same distance from Downtown Dallas as McKinney or Frisco, 30 miles, Royse City offers a balance between a small town and access to everything a big city has. With a well-planned future, Royse City has smart, sustained growth in its sights. Downtown Royse City is one of 84 “Texas Main Streets,” a designation awarded by the Texas Historical Commission.

This project consists of approximately 755 lots in three lot sizes providing multiple options for homebuyers looking for excellent schools, great access, and plentiful amenities in a small town environment.

Construction was completed in the summer of 2021 on Phase 1, consisting of 276 lots for Highland Homes, KHovnanian Homes and David Weekley Homes, 3 of the top home builders in Texas.

Wynne/Jackson identified the land, conceptualized the plan for the development, and worked with Royse City to create a Planned Development for the zoning.  A Public Improvement District has been created for the property.

A resident amenity center was built with Phase 1 of the Project that contains a resort style swimming pool, event pavilion and landscaped open space. In addition, there will be a lengthy hike and bike trail system throughout the community as well as pocket parks and ample open space.  As part of Phase 1, Wynne/Jackson constructed a soccer complex on the flood land contiguous to the Phase 1 lots for the city.  All residential units should be within a short walking distance of open space, sports complex, trails or the amenity center.

Phase 2 construction commenced in late 2022 and was completed in May 2024 for an additional 480 lots included 40′ and 50′ traditional lots as well as townhouse lots.
