With an emphasis on diversification, the focus for acquisition and development is on multi-phased developments located in select areas around the Dallas Fort-Worth Metropolitan Area. Every commercial, residential, student/multi housing, and office development is located in the “heart” of an established or rapidly emerging market and is designed to capture the imagination of the marketplace.
Each targeted site for a master-planned residential development must possess characteristics that are associated with Wynne/ Jackson’s qualities and franchise value. Each community must be unique within itself yet still possess those desirable qualities that attract home buyers such as good quality schools, recreational amenities, access, and proximity to workplace hubs.
