Reagan Dixon
Reagan Dixon brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience to a consulting business that he has built since 2002.
Before his consulting business opened, Reagan had been responsible for the operations of Cawley International and Wilcox Realty and the overall management of the company. Reagan was responsible for creating the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization’s current activities and its projected growth.
Prior to Cawley Wilcox, Reagan was responsible for the management, production and operation of the Cushman & Wakefield Dallas Offices from 1989 to February 2001. He was recognized locally and nationally for his management ability and increasing revenue and profits for six consecutive years. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Reagan was recognized by his peers by receiving the prestigious People’s Choice Award for the most admired manager. He was also awarded the Branch Manager of the Year Award.
Reagan is recognized in Dallas as one of the best managers in the commercial real estate field. He was awarded the 1999 Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitters “Mentor Award” for his guidance, encouragement, and inspiration.
Reagan holds the CCIM designation and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has served with the local commercial Board of Realtors, including Chairman of the Commercial Board in 1992. In addition, he is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also the founder and first president of the Land Council of North Texas, founder of Manager’s Forum- which consists of the commercial real estate leaders in the D/FW area, and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Council.
Reagan is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
