Michael C. Jackson
Mr. Jackson is Vice President and Principal of Wynne/Jackson, Inc.. He joined Wynne/Jackson in 1997 following a successful career with Fischer & Company, a national corporate real estate services company.
At Fischer & Company, Mr. Jackson worked as a tenant representative focused primarily on national accounts such as Northern Telecom, First Data Corporation, and Fujitsu. In two years, Mr. Jackson participated in successfully representing tenants resulting in total lease values of $24 million. In addition to performing extensive market studies in over twenty-five cities nationwide, Mr. Jackson was also involved in tenant space planning, portfolio analysis, and economic feasibility studies.
Prior to working with Fischer & Company, Mr. Jackson was a commercial real estate appraiser for five years doing work primarily for the RTC in Texas, New England, Tennessee and California.
At Wynne/Jackson, Mr. Jackson oversees new project acquisition, land disposition, site analysis, homebuilder relationships, market analysis and project marketing. He was heavily involved in the planning, financing, construction and lease-up of the 14-story Millennium I building in Addison, Texas and is currently overseeing The Tribute master-planned community on Lake Lewisville in The Colony.
Mr. Jackson graduated in 1989 from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Political Science and is currently completing work for his CCIM designation. Mr. Jackson is a licensed real estate salesman, member of the Urban Land Institute, Chair of the ULI Small Scale Development Council, member of the Executive Committee of the ULI North Texas District Council, Chairman of Sky Ranch at Ute Trail (Sky Ranch Camps - Lake City, Colorado), and an associate member of the Dallas Real Estate Council.
Michael, his wife Kathy, and their 3 children live in University Park and attend Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
