Franklin G. Murphy
Mr. Murphy is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Operating Officer of Wynne/Jackson, Inc. In his long tenure in real estate (Since 1985 with Wynne/Jackson), Mr. Murphy has participated in development, asset and property management, consulting, leasing and brokerage activities for over $1.5 billion in real estate projects. Projects have consisted of over 10,000 acres of residential and master-planned developments, 10,000 apartment and condominium units, 4.5 million square feet of office and retail developments, 10 hotels, and numerous mini-storage facilities.
Mr. Murphy has led the Wynne/Jackson team on its numerous consulting projects with various institutions over many years. Mr. Murphy presently operates the development and acquisition areas for the company in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Murphy is a 1981 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Immediately upon graduation, Mr. Murphy passed all parts of the Certified Public Accounts exam. In addition to his CPA license, Mr. Murphy is a licensed real estate salesman. He has served as Vice President of the Irving Flood Control District III, and has been an officer of numerous associations in the Dallas area for several years.
