Wynne/Jackson, Inc. was formed in the late 1970's as a real estate development and management firm by Mr. Clyde C. Jackson, Jr. and Mr. Toddie L. Wynne. Mr. Jackson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wynne/Jackson. Mr. Jackson is a well-known and respected developer both locally and nationally. He has served as a vice-president of the Urban Land Institute and currently serves on the ULI Foundation and is a member of the Community Development Council.

The Wynne family is a pioneer Texas family with a reputation for large and successful business ventures in a number of different fields. From hotels in Hong Kong, Bali and Malta, to oil and gas interests, ranching, real estate, and manufacturing,the Wynne family enterprises have been noted for their quality, their ambitious scope, and their financial success.

Mr. Jackson and Mr. Wynne joined forces during the early 1970's. Upon Mr. Wynne's death in 1987, Mr. Jackson became the sole owner of the company. The Wynne/Jackson name has been retained in honor of Mr. Wynne's memory and because of the franchise value the name has earned. In addition to project development ventures, Wynne/Jackson, Inc. has also been involved in financial partnerships with major international investors and domestic lending institutions. The reputation and success of Wynne/Jackson has grown over the past 30 years, culminating in the firm's emergence as an expert in multi-function complexes and master-planned communities.
