Christine B. Braun
Ms. Braun is Director of Corporate and Marketing Administration and Corporate Secretary for the various Wynne/Jackson entities and has been associated with Wynne/Jackson since early 1981.
In her Marketing Administration role, Chris’ responsibilities include residential Developer/Builder liaison for all residential communities. She oversees coordination and tracking of lot closings, monitoring of builder contracts, sales monitoring and reporting, architectural review and approval, monitoring compliance with CC&R’s, marketing ad and budget monitoring, property tax review and processing, monitoring of deeding/annexation requirements of new properties into HOA’s as well as any other builder related items which may need handling. In Chris’ role as Corporate Secretary, she monitors all corporate entities for meeting requirements, prepares meeting packages and meeting minutes, reviews new acquisitions to insure new entities and documentation are complete and in place, maintains corporate records for all corporate entities and any other corporate items which may need review/handling. Chris is also responsible for the monitoring and renewal of the corporate property and liability insurance policy which covers all entities.
Prior to joining Wynne/Jackson in 1981, she served six years at MAI/Basic Four Corporation in southern California in the Marketing Administration Department as Field Operations/Product Marketing Administrator. Chris also spent five years at Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, NY in the Human Resources Department and Business Management Department as Administrator.
Ms. Braun is an honors graduate of Powelson Business Institute. She also attended Goldenwest College and Fullerton College majoring in Business Administration. Over the past several years she has enjoyed her work as an active volunteer at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. Her former volunteer involvements include Make A Wish Foundation, Texas Stampede, Humane Society of Greater Dallas and several other organizations. Chris also has her Real Estate Salesperson’s license.
