Country Lakes - Denton/Argyle,Texas. This project consists of 640 acres located southwest of Denton between Interstate 35W and US 377 that was acquired by Wynne/Jackson in December, 1999. The masterplanned development will consist of approximately 1,700 single-family lots in several villages with a variety of lot sizes. The project will have two large amenity centers, several lakes, hike and bike trails, both active and passive parks, and two school sites. Phases 1 and 2 of approximately 600 lots is complete with home builders currently underway.
