Brent A. Miller
Mr. Miller joined Wynne/Jackson in June 2000 and is the Director of Finance. His responsibilities include coordinating the due diligence and closing process on new deals, negotiating loan documents, managing lender relations and providing asset management and financial oversight.
Prior to joining Wynne/Jackson, he was previously an Associate with Archon Group, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, where he consistently asset managed over fifteen assets ($150 million) in the Whitehall Street Real Estate Fund. This included the Philadelphia market, the Whitehall Industrial portfolio and Archon’s hotel portfolio.
During his career, Mr. Miller has been engaged in the acquisition, development, asset management and disposition of hotels, industrial buildings, retail centers, office buildings, self storage facilities and residential communities with an aggregate value of more than $750 million.
Mr. Miller graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 1999 with a BBA degree in Finance. As a junior (in the top 5% of his class), he became a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international scholastic honor society for students in business. Mr. Miller is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation.
