Allianz Financial Centre (Univision Centre) - Downtown Dallas, Texas. Wynne/Jackson developed this 500,000 square foot building in the early 1980's. The project was completed on time, within budget, and successfully leased to over 90 percent occupancy in record time. Upon reaching 90 percent occupancy, the property was successfully sold to a pension fund. The details of the transaction are confidential by agreement; however, the transaction was very profitable.
